SHAWARMA SEASONING

SUGGESTED RECIPE: SHAWARMA

INGREDIENTS: 1Kg Chicken Pieces, 20ml Oil, 20ml Water, 50g Shawarma Seasoning 40ml Cream or Curd (optional)

Allergen: Gluten and soya

STEPS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Marinate the Chicken Pieces with Shawarma Seasoning, Cook & slice into small pieces.
  2. With sliced chicken pieces, add Mayonnaise, lettuce, coriander & also if needed add Onion.
  3. Stuff the mix in Kubus & roll.
  4. Serve hot with Pickled vegetables.

Salt, refined wheat flour, onion, Spices and condiments (corian-der, pepper, chilli), dehydrated herb (oregano), garlic powder(gar-lic, anticaking agent(E 470a)), flavour enhancers(E 627, 631), acidity regulator(E 330), hydrolysed vegetable protein and anticaking agent (E 551).
