SUGGESTED RECIPE: PERI PERI PAN SEARED FISH

INGREDIENTS : Cuisinary peri peri marinade 15 gm, fish 300 gm, oil 10 ml, water 30 ml. 

Allergen : Contains Soya

STEPS FOR PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl add peri peri marinade and water. mix it nicely and make a paste
  2. marinade the fish with paste for 2-3 hours
  3. sear the fish on a hot pan till it is cooked
  4. garnish with parsley and lemon wedge and serve hot

Chicken nuggets, croquettes, pizza toppings mayo based dips, cutlets, baked fish, marinations
