JAPANESE TEMPURA BATTER

SUGGESTED RECIPE: TEMPURA BATTERED PRAWNS

INGREDIENTS

Prawns 150g, Water 100g, Cuisinary Japanese Tempura Batter 100g, Salt Acc to taste, Pepper Acc to taste

Allergen : Contains Gluten

STEPS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Add prawns, salt, pepper and a dash of oil in a bowl and mix nicely
  2. In a separate bowl add cuisinary Japanese Tempura Batter
  3. Now add water to it and wisk to make a smooth batter
  4. Dip the prawns in the batter and deep fry at 170 degree celcius for 2 minutes till it gets crispy and golden brown
  5. Serve hot with wasabi mayo and chilli pineapple salsa.
