SUGGESTED RECIPE: ARABIC LAMB KAFTA KEBAB

INGREDIENTS: Lamb Mince 300gm, Cuisinary Arabian Marinade 15gm, Oil 10ml

STEPS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Mix Lamb Mince and Cuisinary Arabian Marinade
  2. Make small meat balls
  3. Heat a pan, add oil and sear the meat balls
  4. Now cook the kaftas in a pre heated oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 mins
  5. Serve hot with mint dip or Garlic Ailoli
